New HP keybed
The Electro 7 HP model introduces a lightweight hammer-action keybed developed in collaboration with Kawai. Carefully balanced for playability, feel, control, and portability, the new HP keybed offers great responsiveness for acoustic and electric pianos, while remaining highly versatile for other applications.
Physical Drawbars on all models
All Electro 7 models (61, 73, and HP) features Physical Drawbars with led indicators for both visual and tactile feedback and hands-on experience.
Organ Section
Powered by the acclaimed Nord Organ 3 engine, the Organ Section features stunning recreations of classic tonewheel, transistor, and pipe organs including B3, B3 Bass, Vox, Farfisa, Soft B3 and Pipe models.
A brand-new Rotary Speaker simulation captures the warmth, grit, and movement of vintage cabinets with incredible detail, supported by five distinct microphone positions for tailored character in any mix.
B3
The B3 model features three different tone wheel modes ranging from the clean sound of a factory new unit to a road worn vintage character with increased tone wheel cross talk and leakage.
The B3 Percussion effect includes a Poly mode, which enables polyphonic use of the Percussion even when holding chords or playing legato.
Vox
The iconic sound of the Vox organ has been refined even further for the Nord Electro 7, with revamped waveform shapes and filters as well as updates to both the key click and vibrato character.
Farfisa
The new generation Farfisa model conveys the character of the original tone generators and filters with great precision, including the complex filter interactions when combining registers.
Soft B3 and Pipe
The Soft B3 model is based on the B3 tone wheel organ, but without the key click and other artifacts, for a softer and more mellow sound. The Pipe model faithfully recreates a set of principal pipe organ ranks; the metal pipe registers that commonly make up the foundational sound of a pipe organ. The Pipe organ chorus mode switches to a model tuned with less precision, adding further realism to the sound.
Rotary Speaker emulation
The Nord Electro 7 has the latest generation of our acclaimed Rotary Speaker emulation including multiple microphone perspectives from the Nord Organ 3 Rotary Speaker emulation.

The Piano Section offers a wide range of unique grands, uprights, electric pianos, digital and hybrid instruments from the exclusive Nord Piano Library.
Nord Piano Library access
In addition to the factory sounds, the Electro offers full access to every unique instrument in the constantly updated Nord Piano Library. All sounds can be easily transferred to your instrument using the Nord Sound Manager software.

The Synth Section includes Mono, Legato and Glide modes for expressive performance control, smooth Low-Pass Filter with four distinctive resonance curves for detailed tonal shaping, and ADR envelopes designed for quick, musical tweaks to your sound.
Nord Sample Library access
The Synth Section also includes an exceptional collection of premium samples, including Spitfire Strings, Supreme Horns, Mellotron, Symphobia, as well as full access to the Nord Sample Libraries extensive collection of high-quality samples . Samples can be easily transferred to your instrument using the Nord Sound Manager software.
